The Fine Print
Keratin and smoothing services are not eligible for membership credits.
Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment
Memberships are individual and non-transferable
Monthly service credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over
Credits have no cash value and may be used for services only (not retail)
Unused credits are forfeited at the end of each month
A valid credit card is required; memberships auto-renew monthly
30 days’ notice is required to pause or cancel a membership
